Course Description

Certification of Capability in Business Analysis Certification from Learnovate is meant for business analysts and practitioners who wish to be recognized as experts skilled at conducting BA activities. Business analysts follow a professional approach towards understanding the processes, policies and structure of an enterprise by employing a set of tools and techniques in order to recommend the best possible solutions that drive the organization to accomplish its goals. Conducting business analysis activities include comprehending the business processes to determine how they function to achieve their purpose, and realizing which capabilities the company requires to successfully provide its services to the external stakeholder. This encompasses the explanation of organizational goals, how goals are connected to particular objectives, finding out the best course of action to take in order to fulfill these objectives, and also defining the interactions between various business units with its internal as well as external stakeholders.
