Course Description
Leadership Skills is a course that lays emphasis on vision, goals & objectives, motivation, decision-making, time management, power, team building, conflict, ethics, dealing with change, communication skills, and diversity issues. By the end of the course, one is able to increase their personal and interpersonal awareness, sharpen their analytical skills, and gain a greater understanding of the complex issues that act as a challenge in front of the leaders.
Objectives
