Objectives

This Program aims to provide Women Leaders with a holistic skill set to meet the strategic needs and to enhance their business, management & leadership skills within the context of an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment

Key Attributes

  • 6-9 months programme designed for emerging & mid-level women managers and delivered online through GlobalNxt University.
  • Programme is structured to develop universal competencies that will enhance leadership and management skills, and at the same time, guide the women learners on areas like work-life balance, handling work related demands as they grow in their career
  • Delivered by global experienced women faculty of GlobalNxt University. Programme structure also includes sessions by leading women leaders from the Industry and from within the participating corporate.
  • Encourages the learners to share their individual experiences, views and knowledge with other participants.
